Which technology is best? That is not always a simple answer. It possibly depends on what you want to do and what you think you will want to do in the future. In that sense the question is what is the best technology for the things that you want to achieve.
My business in Web Design is aimed primarily at Small Business Operators, many of whom are not being found even when people know who they are looking for. Often the person searching will use Google as their first (often only) point of search and find the competition instead. This is especially true when the competition is a National Company.
